which state/country doesn't have any spiders, scorpions, mosquitoes, lizards etc.?

i'm terrified of all those things (even the mosquito) is there any country or state i can go where the weather isn't fit for them?

Spiders are found on all the continents although in Antarctica they are rare. Legend has it that St Patrick removed all snakes from Ireland but in fact grass snakes are found there.



For a long time Britain had no scorpions but over the last century small colonies have developed at, for example, Sheerness in Kent.

I understand that there is also a colony of scorpions beneath the railway platforms at Chipping Ongar (but I don't plan to take a look).

Well, Kyla, I'm afraid there is no place entirely free of all those things you've mentioned. Even the Arctic has some creatures that may seem creepy to you. There is life everywhere on this planet, that's what makes it survive. The Earth is a living thing, and even you are part of it.

Your fear is unfounded, and based on what your mother and/or your friends have told you. Not one of those creatures is bigger, smarter, or faster, than you are. So why are you afraid? Your lack of knowledge and unfamiliarity of those creatures is what's keeping you afraid. If you take the time to learn about these animals, your fear will cease.

Life is too wonderful to go around fearing everything, especially the little things that make this world interesting and fascinating.

In england we don't have big scary ones...well we have ones I'm still scaredof but they're not big or poisonous or anything. But England is rubbish, so...not great! Apparently in New Zealand nothing can kill you, so I've been told by my kiwi next door neighbour
