I don't believe the complete list (that's a LOT of data) has been compiled and published online, but this site has the most exhaustive list I know about:

http://tolweb.org/Life_on_Earth/1 (click on different branches to explore to the species level)

It may take a while to get to every species-and some branches are more complete than others.

This site is under construction still, but may help you fill in gaps:

http://eol.org/

Edit: the Tree of Life site could give you a representative sample of each major branch, or you might be able to find a fairly complete list if you limited it to one area. Bio blitzes have become popular where a group of scientists converge on an area like a national park and attempt to list every species present within 24 hours. These don't usually include microscopic organisms though.

http://www.nationalgeographic.com/field/projects/bioblitz.html (includes a species list for Indiana Dunes Lakeshore bioblitz)

a million. Gabrielle Bedard 2. Anabella Bedard 3. Madeline Bedard 4. Chloe Bedard 5. Gianna Bedard a brilliant variety of the names I enjoyed i did no longer use (or did no longer rank severe) via nickname. in case you have been to apply the whole call, i could like: a million. Savannah Bedard 2. Angelina Bedard 3. Anabella Bedard 4. Gabrielle Bedard 5. Chloe BEdard

I believe that about 1.5 million species have been described. If the names are printed out in letters 3 mm high, that means the list will be 4.5 million mm long, which equals 4.5 thousand meters or 4.5 kilometers or 2.7 miles.

How many lifetimes do you have to read it?
